New Year resolution is very important to make in New year. Person can achieve desired goal in new year & his dreams may come true. A New Year is like a blank notebook. You Fill pages with your New Year’s resolutions. Few ideas above for New Year resolution.

Start Meditation: Start meditation do pranayam. Scientific studies shows that there are many benefits of meditating. To name just a few, meditating helps to improve your mood, reduces stress, lessens anxiety, make your brain’s fresh & improve concentration  & memory.

Yoga Practice: 
Start practicing yoga, as it makes your body very flexible. It also reduces weight.Regular practice of yoga keeps the disease away.

Cultivate Hobby: Hobbies can lower your stress levels, boost your brain power, improve your ability to focus, and more. Therefore, in 2018, start a new hobby.

Eat low Calories food: Make diet chart. The reason is to lose weight & stay fit. After all excess weight puts us at a greater risk of a whole range of serious health problems, including heart disease, diabetes, and some cancers, high blood pressure.

Make a Business Plan: Make 2018 the year you stop thinking about starting a business and you start taking action –it’s OK if it’s a small business on the side. The first step to take is to write a business plan. Once you get your ideas down on paper, you’ll be that much more motivated to turn those ideas into reality.

Cultivate habit of reading good books or ebooks: I’ll definitely be reading lots of books in 2018, and I encourage you to do the same.

Always Grateful to God: Studies shows that gratitude can make you happier. Think about happier time simply by taking the time to count your blessings and think of all the good things in you life! So develop habbit of to be greatful.   

May your dreams come true: Stopling yourself that you simply don’t have the time to work on your dreams. Whatever your dreams are try to achieve them. Be always .positive 

Try to spend some time with nature Humans:  It makes you happier, it boosts your immune system, and it even makes you more creative. You fill fresh.

Enjoy the Little Things : Living life to the fullest doesn’t just mean setting big goals. It also includes learning to enjoy the little things. That is, learning to appreciate life’s simple pleasures. 

Learn a New Skill : What have you always wanted to learn to do? Govt. also announced several skill development programs.

Be positive: to remain positive in life very positive thinking in life helps in getting success in life.

Always be peaceful & have patience: Peace of mind & patience are very important for getting success in life.

Streangthen your personal relationships:
If personal relationships are strong nothing is impossible to achieve in life.
